1. Enrolment and payment
- A seat is reserved only once payment has been completed in full. Adding a batch to checkout holds a seat temporarily and does not guarantee it.
- Payments are processed by Khalti. We do not receive or store your card, wallet or banking credentials.
- The price payable is the price shown on the batch at the moment of payment, including any discount then running. A discount that expires before you pay does not carry over.
- You must provide a working mobile number at checkout. Joining details are sent to that number and to the email address on your account, and we are not responsible for details that fail to reach an incorrect or unreachable contact.
2. Fees are non-refundable
- Course fees are non-refundable once payment is complete. This includes, without limitation, a change of mind, a change in your availability, personal or work circumstances, relocation, or a decision to stop attending part-way through a program.
- Non-attendance does not entitle you to a refund, a partial refund, or credit. A seat you do not use is a seat another student could not take.
- Discounts, promotional pricing and referral credits hold no cash value and are never refundable.
- The single exception is a batch cancelled by us, covered in section 4.
3. Transfers and deferrals
- A transfer to a later batch of the same course may be granted once, at our discretion, if you request it in writing at least seven days before your batch begins.
- A transfer is not a right and is not a substitute for a refund. Requests made after a batch has begun will normally be declined.
- Seats are personal to the student who bought them and may not be sold, shared or transferred to another person.
4. Changes and cancellation by us
- We may adjust a published schedule, session timing, venue or trainer where circumstances require it. Where a change is material we will tell you before it takes effect.
- A batch may be cancelled if it does not reach a viable number of enrolments, or for reasons outside our control. If we cancel a batch before it begins, you may transfer to another batch or receive a full refund of what you paid for it — your choice.
- If we cancel a program after it has begun, any refund will be proportionate to the sessions not delivered.
- We are not liable for travel, accommodation, equipment or other costs you incur in connection with a program.
5. Attendance and certificates
- A certificate of completion is earned, not included in the fee. Paying for a program does not by itself entitle you to one.
- Failing to attend classes will not guarantee a certificate of completion. A certificate is issued only where attendance, participation and any required project or assessment work meet the standard set for the program.
- The minimum attendance expected is 80% of scheduled sessions unless your trainer states otherwise for your batch in writing.
- Where required work is not submitted, or is not of the standard set for the program, a certificate may be withheld until it is. We do not issue certificates on request, on appeal against an assessment outcome, or in exchange for the fee alone.
- A certificate records completion of a training program. It is not a professional licence, an accreditation, and not a guarantee, promise or offer of employment, internship, placement or any particular salary.
6. Conduct
- We expect courtesy toward trainers and fellow students, in class and in any group or channel associated with a batch.
- Harassment, threatening behaviour, plagiarism, and disrupting other students' learning are not tolerated. We may remove a student from a program for such conduct, without refund.
- Recording sessions, in whole or in part, requires our written permission.
7. Course materials
- Slides, exercises, source code, recordings and other materials we provide remain our property or that of their respective owners.
- They are licensed to you for your own learning. You may not resell, publish, or distribute them, or use them to deliver training of your own.
- Work you write yourself during a program remains yours.
8. Your information
- We collect your name, email address and mobile number to administer your enrolment, coordinate your batch, and issue certificates.
- We do not sell your personal information.
- Attendance and assessment records are retained so that a certificate can be verified after a program ends.
9. General
- We may update these terms. The version that applies to your enrolment is the one published on the day you paid.
- If any clause is found unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue to apply.
- These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.
